Tom’s journey began humbly as a dishwasher, rising through the ranks to restaurant management while studying Business Administration at Humber College. That early, hands-on experience ignited a lifelong passion for hospitality, execution, and scalable systems.

From Operating Partner at O’Toole’s Roadhouse to multi-unit Pizza Pizza franchise owner with over $1M in annual sales per store, Tom has built success at every level. His corporate leadership roles at Wendy’s/Tim Hortons and Quiznos helped grow the Quiznos brand from 150 to over 400 Canadian locations—launching 100 stores in a single year.
