Tom Missios - Leadership Rooted in Real-World Experience

Tom Missios brings over 35 years of hands-on experience in restaurant operations, franchise development, and hospitality leadership. His journey started in the back of the house and quickly advanced to multi-unit franchise ownership, senior executive roles, and ultimately, founding ERC Restaurant Consulting. As a VP of Operations for FSH Design Group and a franchisee of top Canadian QSRs, Tom has helped 100+ restaurant brands across Canada and the U.S. scale through smart strategy and systematized operations.
